Planning and Design
We are experienced in submitting planning applications and we have a proven track record in getting the green light. Our architectural team are on hand to design a modular structure that meets all your specifications and requirements. You will have the option of selecting from a range of finishes, including brick, cedar cladding, mineral stone, plastisol or rendered finishes. Once you have approved our design, we will submit applications to building control to ensure that your new structure meets regulations.
The beauty of Modulek is that we build all of our sports training facilities off-site in our purpose-built factory. This means that you will not have to worry about delays to construction as the elements will not affect it. Not only that, but there will be no disruption on your site given that our builders will be working elsewhere.
The manufacturing process is carried out in a controlled environment, allowing us to meet deadlines. More often than not, the construction of traditional builds are rarely completed on time, but you will not have that problem with us.
Delivery and Installation
Once your sports training facilities have been completed, we will deliver the structure to your site using specialist heavy haulage vehicles and cranes. The process will be carried out safely and effectively, with a delivery plan that is created based on your preferences.
With regards to installing sports training facilities, we have a comprehensive service, which includes the following:
- Base preparation and foundations
- Service connections to water, gas, electricity etc.
- Drainage connections
- Access ramps or steps
- Fire alarm installation
- Furniture fittings and more!
You will not have to worry about a thing when you enlist our services as we take care of the process from start to finish. Bear in mind that we also have the ability to move modular buildings, which gives you another reason to choose Modulek.
