Kelly achieved her BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance at Bournemouth University in 2006 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW in 2008. She has 14 years experience across accounting practice and industry.
Kelly will work closely with all team members to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate financial information.
Kate is currently studying AAT at Bournemouth College. Her career started in sales, over the years she has progressed into accountancy and is aiming to become a charted accountant in the near future. In addition Kate provides care/companionship on a weekend for a young lady with Cerebral Palsy.
Jack graduated from Brunel University in 2015, having completed a professional placement year during his studies, has 3 years experience in the design industry. He works closely with our Sales team and Clients to deliver designs tailored to your needs.
Having qualified with a BArch in South Africa, Duncan has had over 25 years architectural experience including several years working in South Africa and the UAE. He has worked on a broad range of projects from residential buildings to educational, commercial, and industrial up to large retail and healthcare schemes.

Lee started is an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of success in the industry and a strong proactive leader, providing direction and guidance to all project teams working together to achieve individual targets and project milestones and quality objectives.
Mike has been working in quantity surveying and construction management with over 20 years experience across the education, commercial, and government sectors with significant experience as a project leader.
William has worked in finance since 2006, 18 months with HMRC and nearly 9 years with JP Morgan Investment bank, where he gained lots of experience with clients, banking and tax. He then changed his career and came into construction. He worked for a Sub contractor and a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice before joining Modulek.
Tom joined the Royal Navy at the age of 17, he qualified in the Fleet air arm as an Survival equipment technician.
Through out Toms career he served on HMS Ocean and was deployed to the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean. Tom is currently supporting Modulek sales team and is training to become Modulek’s Health and Safety officer.
Peter has thirty-three years construction experience in fast track construction, within retail and petrol chemical industries. He is able to provide project management and safety expertise to produce high quality builds that he is passionate about.
